Homeowners: Please enter the street name and street # for the property and click GO. The system will return the status of any current permits and applications for your address and provide links to create new permit applications. Per Massachusetts law, Homeowners are only able to apply for Building Permits for Owner occupied one and two family dwellings.
Contractors: If you are already registered, please enter the street name and street # for the property and click GO. The system will return the status of any current permits and applications for your address and provide links to create new permit applications.
NOTE: Contractors must be registered with the Town’s Online Permit Tracking System before they can apply for Building, Electrical, Gas, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal permits online.
